This journey began 17 years ago, in June 2008, with a simple yet heartfelt purpose: to create meals that capture the warmth and love of a mother’s cooking. The idea was to make every customer feel the emotion of "Feel Like Mother Home", offering genuine, lovingly prepared dishes that evoke the comfort of home.
Creating a New “Fragrance”
Myanmar cuisine is rich with its own unique styles, flavors, and aromas — a culinary identity. YNT Bistro was created to preserve these signature tastes and scents, while also introducing something new and innovative. The goal was to create a “new fragrance” that was distinctive yet rooted in tradition. This was achieved by respecting the old while blending in modern flavors and presentation — a creative effort to bring the best of both worlds.
